Fuego Enterprises, Inc. was formed on December 30, 2004 as a Nevada corporation and is primarily engaged in the directing, production, marketing, and distribution of entertainment products, including feature and short films, documentaries, television shows, music, and tour productions.
They also provide management, marketing, and public relations services to the entertainment industry. In January, 2008 Fuego announced it formed a new music division, Echo-Fuego Music Group, LLC, in a joint venture with legendary music producer and promoter Jeffrey Collins. His music catalog of more than 2,000 tracks and 15 artists previously under the Echo-Vista label will be merged into the new joint venture, with a majority stake owned by Fuego.
Fuego entertainment is a fully owned Subsidiary of Fuego Enterprises.
